    A richly textured lip pencil that outlines and defines the lips. It is long wearing and non-drying in a trio of neutral tones to complement every skin tone.

    Lightly draw a line framing the natural lip line before applying lipstick or lip shine. For a fuller lip look, apply just beyond the natural lip line. For a thinner lip look, apply just inside the natural lip line.

    I can say with full confidence and without any hesitation that this makeup is of top quality. Simply put, it can give Chanel, Mac and etc a run for their money. Believe me, I have tried them all. They offer an amazing array of color palettes. I am a woman of color and all the products compliments my tones and is clearly visible:-) No need to use pounds and pounds of makeup to get a dramatic effect.
